About Molly Sahara

As a caregiver for much of my life, I struggled with creating healthy boundaries and had a harsh inner critic. I found my self-worth through people pleasing, and was a perfectionist- never quite good enough and overly ambitious in my plans and expectations.
These habits led to emotional suppression and a general lack of personal fulfillment. I was good at meeting the needs of others, especially as a mother, but only when I got ill was I forced to make a change and transform on a deeper level.
Before I gave myself space and time to learn healthier ways of being, I frequently felt overwhelmed. Eventually, I developed burnout and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. For many mothers, the demands of homeschooling high-needs kids can quickly outweigh the joys of parenting if our boundaries are ignored, our emotions are suppressed, and we stop moving towards self-actualization and fulfillment.
Through regular re-wiring of these old patterns, I help clients tap into their inner wisdom and choose new and exciting ways of re-discovering what brings them joy and purpose, while balancing their needs with those of their children.
